There’s weird, and then there’s Pisces Placements.
Pisces placements are some of the most unconventional in the zodiac. Pisces is sidereal Aquarius, and Aquarius is all about rebellion, innovation, and refusing to play by anyone else’s rules. This energy is detached because aquarius is ruled by cold Saturn after all, but also hyper-aware, always scanning the bigger picture and dreaming up the radical. Whether it shows up in how someone thinks (moon/mercury in pisces), talks (mercury in pisces), looks (rising/venus in pisces), or loves (venus in pisces), there’s an unmistakable eccentricity that sets them apart. It comes natural, they seem out of sync with the rest of us but really are just way ahead, most of the time. The visionary types.
You either find them captivating....or you don’t get them at all. But even if they are outcasts or misunderstood, most of the time, they dont really care what others think of them.
The expression of the eccentricity depends on which Pisces placements show up in your birth chart.
Mercury in Pisces (Sidereal Aquarius)
When someone has Mercury in Pisces, it's perhaps the easiest to spot. You can't miss their oddly captivating sounding voice, their interesting or peculiar use if vocabulary, or how they love talking about tech, innovation, and social topics. They also tend to be very animated or expressive when they talk, whether it be their mannerisms or facial expressions.
Moon in Pisces (Sidereal Aquarius)
Moon in Pisces is where you feel that detached nature of pisces placements heavily. It adds to the emotional distance. These are people who process feelings intellectually or rationally, rather than emotionally. They might seem cold, but it’s more about protecting their ideals, independence, and focusing on the big picture of things. They care, just maybe not in the way you expect. They don't perform emotion the way others do, and that can be misread.
Venus in Pisces (Sidereal Aquarius)
In terms of love and relationships, people with Venus in Pisces, want nontraditional. They’re drawn to partners who are also "different," eccentric, intellectual, innovative, and willing to give them alot of freedom. For them, love is about shared values and mental connection more than emotional or overly romantic attraction. They do well in breakups because if a relationship stops making sense, they move on, detach and no dragging it out (unless they have a very emotional moon sign). This is why they are also very likley to not only date friends and love the "friend to lovers" pipeline, but also, want to remain friends after a breakup.
Pisces Placements are one of a kind
So while Pisces placements can come off as or outsiders, they’re often just operating on a wavelength most people haven’t tuned into yet. Detached, yes, but deeply original. And if you’re paying attention, they’re usually saying something worth hearing.
